Unfortunately, we are not currently joined to any insurance company. However, we can provide a detailed copy of the invoice and our tax number so that you can apply for reimbursement from the insurance company.
We accept prescription glasses or sunglasses for flexible consumer accounts (FSAs) or health savings accounts (HSAs). However, FSA and HSA cards need to be associated with a major credit card.
