Generally, we recommend a small full-rim frame for high prescription, the smaller the size, the better. We recommend that the material be made of plastic or acetate. We do not recommend metal rimless frames because the grooves of the metal frame are narrow and the lenses cannot be tightly packed. Even it is embedded; you will feel heavy in front of the glasses. Rimless frames are not suitable for high prescription lenses because of the shortness and construction of the screws.
